Network Performance Inc. of South Burlington is pleased to announce that David Towle-Hilt has joined its technical staff. Towle-Hilt joins the computer networking firm with four years of IT experience working at Saint Michael's College. He is a Microsoft networking specialist. A Guilderland, New York native, Towle-Hilt currently lives in the Burlington area.
