Eric Hart promoted to CEO

I am pleased to announce the promotion of Eric Hart to CEO. He is the co-owner of NPI, and has served as the Operations Manager and Chief Security Officer for over 20 years. Eric’s deep understanding of technology and business make him uniquely qualified for this position.

Michael has joined NPI as a summer intern. He is a Computer Information Technology student at Champlain College. His duties include working closely with senior technicians, evaluation of new product and service options and assisting at on-site client visits. We are thrilled to add Michael to the team!

Congratulations to Mike Block who completed the process to become a DCAT technician.  He joins Michelle Loveday, also on the Canopy Team, who received her certification last fall.  This training certifies advanced achievement in the area of backup and disaster recovery for NPI clients.

Molly Lowder, NPI’s Comptroller, has been re-certified as a Fraud Examiner by the National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners in Austin, Texas. The Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential denotes expertise in fraud prevention, detection and deterrence.

Congratulations to John Burton who is a finalist for this year’s Ambassador Award presented Friday, October 23rd to an individual or business whose leadership and actions positively represent Vermont as a home for technology business, and whose efforts help put Vermont “on the map” as a place for technology businesses to start, succeed and grow.

Reuben comes to NPI with six years of IT experience with a background in IT infrastructure and Domain Administration. He is currently completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Systems at Champlain College.
